The accolade was presented by His Excellency Mr. Evagoras Vryonides, High Commissioner of Cyprus to India, in recognition of Dr. Marwah\u2019s tireless efforts over the past nine years in enhancing the bilateral relationship through cultural and artistic endeavors.<\/p>\n
