Mr. Fernando Xavier Bucheli Vargas, Ambassador of the Republic of Ecuador to India, was officially nominated as the Patron of the Indo Ecuador Film and Cultural Forum. The announcement was made during a formal ceremony at the international headquarters of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), located at Marwah Studios, Film City, Noida.<\/p>\n
