Both documentaries received great appreciation from the audience for their powerful storytelling and strong journalistic content.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The screening of the films formally inaugurated by Ms. Vera Gerasimova from the Embassy of the Russian Federation in New Delhi. Addressing the gathering, she emphasized the importance of cultural exchange between India and Russia and appreciated the platform provided by the festival to promote meaningful cinema.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sandeepmarwah.com\/\">Dr. Sandeep Marwah<\/a>, President of Marwah Studios and Chair of the Indo Russian Film and Cultural Forum, expressed his gratitude to the Russian filmmakers and the Embassy of Russia for their continued support in strengthening Indo-Russian cultural relations. He highlighted that such collaborations enhance mutual understanding and reinforce the long-standing friendship between the two nations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Speaking on the occasion, Vera Gerasimova appreciated the efforts of the Indo Russian Film and Cultural Forum in creating opportunities for filmmakers from both countries to connect and collaborate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Later, the\u00a0<em>Award of Distinction<\/em>\u00a0 presented to the Russian films. The award was graciously received by Vera Gerasimova on behalf of the filmmakers.
